For caravan and camper projects, we ask you to bring your carpet to our Sunnynook workshop. Paul will take precise measurements and create a template on the spot, ensuring your new mat fits every curve, step and doorway perfectly.

We specialise in durable nylon base mats — the ideal choice for the heavy foot traffic and outdoor conditions caravans and campers face. Whether you need a full floor mat, a narrow runner along the aisle, or a shaped doormat for the entrance, we can overlock it to your exact specifications.

Every mat is custom-made in any shape you require. Discuss corner radii, cut-outs around fixtures, and yarn colours face-to-face, and collect your finished carpet in just 2–3 days.

Overlocking (also called serging or binding) wraps durable thread around the cut edge so fibres cannot fray — essential for the tight curves and step cut-outs common in camper layouts. We work with nylon base carpet for hard-wearing performance, and can match yarn to your interior so the serged border looks intentional rather than like a rough trim.

Pricing depends on size, shape and carpet type — call for a free quote. Many customers bring their own carpet; we can also advise on suitable remnants and offcuts for smaller mats.
