I match overlocking yarn to your carpet pile — whether that is a neutral grey cabin mat, a teak-style deck runner, or a contrasting border for cockpit carpets. The stitch reinforces the backing and prevents the edge from unravelling when the mat is lifted, washed or rolled for storage.
